July Fireworks and a Brisk Walk
As you can see, I am clearly enjoying my camera! These are unedited, filter free pictures. The quality is wonderful and I’m learning a lot by hands on experimentation and a little homework. A friend of mine, who is a beautiful photographer, lent me about five of her course books from school including The History of Photography, Classic Essays on Photography and the Photographer’s Eye. Beautiful books and a huge shout out to Rebekah Conboy! As you can see, with the shutter speed, this camera takes very clear action shots, which is just what I need for dance photography. Photography Journey Begins
I have been interested in photography for years and experimented a lot with whatever digital cameras I had, FlipShare cameras that I would pause and screenshot in the frame I wanted, or my cell phone. After a lot of research, I have finally made the plunge and purchased a Canon 7D Mark II. As my primary focus is dance photography, I wanted a camera with a lot of options regarding high shutter speed and could take clear images in dark spaces (I.E.
